If you are referring to he travesty that is GTMO, of course, because whilst that place still exists holding prisoner people who cannot be tried by your great justice system because the military so so, you will be seen in the world as not what you think to try to show others. Regarding GTMO, America is a sad laughing stock, so many ideals and yet you let injustice thrive where you can all plainly see it.
But if the military appear to over rule your leaders on this one, what else can they do ?
What was it, something in your constitution about not allowing the military to become a power unto itself in your country ?
But as long as untried prisoners exist, America is losing.
Try them and be done with it, what have you got to lose ?
