'Male Dominant' with just a lady as their profile pic. Identity crisis maybe? Who knows :P I saw one today and was tempted to pretend to be into ladies and send them a message if you know what I mean. So I was wondering..has anyone who is into ladies 'accidentally' sent that kind of message to a 'male' dominant? And I also wonder how successful these profiles are at actually finding what they are looking for...

For reasons known only to them, many male profiles seem to have women featured in them. I personally avoided those when I was single & looking.

I've always wondered myself why some men think to do this. When I was looking I would speed by those who had women's pictures in their profiles. If it's a visual for us women to say oh look....he knows what a woman is! Or to show us what type of woman appeals to him, or showcase a previous partner (blech)...there just isn't any reason that I can think of for it that would be appealing.

I've come across a couple of guys on the site myself like this. One is himself a T/g, and his pic is really nice; shame the guy's a tosser and just wants to talk forever about nothing in particular. The other one is just after getting you on cam and trying to see you naked. Interestingly, I don't think he minds particularly whether you're male or female, since he tried it on with me too! Clearly a dreamer, and the pic is his ideal!

It makes me look uber Dom if I can show in my pics that Jessica Alba, Halle Berry, and Jenna Jameson are typical of the kind of woman I routinely Dominate. Seriously, IMO the purpose of pics are to show what I look like. Anyone who uses them to illustrate fantasies doesn't impress me.

It isn't just a "Male Dominant" thing. There are many FemDommes that just have pics of males for their profiles. The men in the pics are usually shown with a red ass or are dressed in some outlandish costume so they are presumably present or former slaves of the person the profile belongs to. Why do they do it? Who knows. Each person has their own reason. You would probably have to ask them to find out why.

my first thought when seeing a dominants profile with the primary pic being someone of the opposite of the stated gender is always: does he/she KNOW you're using their pic on this site?
