Actually, Arpig is right in this case regarding photos, who owns them, and who can report them (to almost any site) I know for a fact that if you yourself are the owner of said pics and someone is using them, there is a quick and easy process to turn them in and verify what you are claiming. You can't just go around accusing others of improperly using photos. You just don't KNOW. I own so much content (because of my job) I could PLASTER this place with "fake" pics (that I have the right to use) I just choose not to. But I've seen "my girls" posting on here as "real people" by people who also have the same rights to that content I have. So...the best thing to do, if you know someone is using something they "stole" off the web, is to contact the person whose image was stolen. The ironic thing (as Arpig also said) is that that person may not have the rights to his/her own photo, but they may know who does. Then if they want to file a valid complaint they can. I wouldn't want it any other way. Otherwise people would be willy nilly reporting "fake" or "stolen" pics of people they don't like. This way there is legal accountability.
