i don't have experience of it personally, but i did watch a demo by a domme on a young man. for someone who isn't that good with needles being used on myself i found it facinating. it freaked and excited me all at the same time.

i've seen some good corsetry on people where needles are used as stays. again it has that freaking and exciting quality about it.

we delve into needleplay from time to time. We both enjoy it and he likes to find new ways to use them, new designs to make with them.
