Yeah meant to come back here and post that,but I got distracted by the new idiot...thanks Rich.For those not aware the Navy Cross is the Navy's highest honor,it is equivalent to the Distinguished Service Cross(Army) and the Air Force Cross(air force,naturally) all of these are second only to the Medal of Honor . Well deserved and good reason indeed( as if I need one) to raise a toast to Sgt, Chavez....

I haven't a clue...but I am hesitant to seek out a chemical answer ,I have always tried to treat my body like a temple ,as such I avoid introducing external stimuli to my system [8\|]
