Switching lawyers wily nily is a time honored method of delaying having a case move forward. Each switch means ones new lawyer needs "time" to familiarize themselves with the nuances of the case. It's certainly a dirtbag move when we are talking about family law.

Switching attorneys is the new innocent due to insanity... with the frequency all too often high profile nature of the cases this keeps popping up in, I am convinced that 10 or 12 years from now we'll hear Alan Dershowitz pop up on dateline with a "didn't ya know?" revelation about it's use[:D]

Another example of Liberal Big Government intruding on our lives. Why cant you let this true American patriot have the FREEDOM to choose not to support his children after forcing his ex-wife to give birth because he believes in Pro-Life. He should also have the FREEDOM to choose to walk away from all parental responsibilities except liberals want to push their progressive agenda by spreading the wealth around by stealing the fathers money. Do you think our Fore Fathers paid money to their illegitimate children's mothers? Hell No and we shouldnt either.

With freedom comes responsibility. In this case, and others like it, manning up to the responsibility of supporting his kids.

...She says her ex-husband started making half-payments years ago and then completely stopped sending any money. He claimed he was broke, she said.

But last year, when she saw he had made a $35,000 contribution to his own congressional campaign, she became suspicious about his claims that he had no money. She had her attorney file the motion that Vega granted on Wednesday.

...Rep. Walsh recently hired Boyle — his fifth lawyer in the case — after attorneys were unable to reach a settlement at a private session a few weeks ago.

In less than a year in Congress, the telegenic, silver-haired freshman has catapulted to the top of the cable television short-list, offering pithy anti-Obama sound bites that often criticize the White House for fiscal irresponsibility.

In a video lecturing Obama on the need to get the country’s finances in order, Walsh said, “I won’t place one more dollar of debt upon the backs of my kids and grandkids unless we structurally reform the way this town spends money.”

Is this really any surprise?

Sad and hypocritical, but these are the jackasses we elect to office.

Be careful about attacking those deadbeats that happen to have (R) after their name. You'll be called a "Leftist" by some in here.

Sounds like you don't love freedom so much as hate personal responsibility. Isn't refusing personal responsibility for one's actions supposed to be the mindset of a liberal?

Hill, consider for just a moment what the number 808 would be if you were stylizing it to letters.

LOL.

oh Personal Responsibility has nothing to do with taking care of your offspring. An example of Personal Responsibility is accept death because you can pay the bills and because you didnt by Health Care

No the mother should raise them not state. She is the one that got pregnant, so its her fault. If God wanted men to take care of their offspring he would have made them get pregnant like what God did with sea horses. Why would I want the nanny state to take care of offspring? I dont want the state to take care of anyone, not the poor, not the sick, those without health care or anyone else by following Jesus's example. Like the CNN Tea Party Debate proved pull the plug on the uninsured or those that can pay the bills.

Personally, I would never call the guy a racist. Inconsequential perhaps, but racist? Hardly.
