My guess about why this happens is that there are so many more males online than females, that females can get away with such behavior. There will always be another male around desperate for her attention.
On the other hand, there are also many male "doms" who just seem to want to abuse people.

I guess it just doesn't normally happen in our small local kink community, Dommes being rude to male subs.
