First, everyone here is a real stickler for correct terminology. To you it doesn't matter what anyone calls it, you just have to find what works for you. But just for clarification the definition of what you are trying to do is Topping or Bedroom Dom.

You have established a way of dealing with her already, trying to Dominate her outside of the bedroom is something she may pull away from. But I will give you some tips I think will help and the critics will pick it apart and make corrections and comments.

First thing to do is think about what you want from her and say it in a more controlling manner.

I don't think english is your first language, so I will just address a few issues you ask for....

Choking is not something I am comfortable with, putting my hand around her neck and chocking...I see as too much room for real damage and error, BUT I do feel OK holding her down by her neck puttting my hand around it and not letting her move.
You might also want to try this, when your kissing hold her down tight, cover her mouth with yours and hold her nose, ONLY FOR SHORT PERIODS, like a few seconds or so that puts you in control.
