Ok, many of you are wondering how I can carry my shotgun and sixpack with my knuckles dragging on the ground, but I manage.

Health. Another thing "they" don't tell you bout.

Facts, period.

If you do not get enough chromium and vanadium you will become diabetic.

If you do not get enough sulfur you will have gall bladder problems.

I will leave it at that for now. These two facts are just that, facts. Bring in your MDs and Phds to dispute it. Authorities. If you believe them I'll see you having to eat every hour or so due to the lack of gall bladder and your insulin "fit" will undoubtedly be nearby.

Minerals are elements, that means that they cannot be manufactured. That is why so many wars go on for them. They are not only essential to life, like calcium and such, they are very important to industry.Even the USDA recognizes 24 minerals as being essential to life.

The farmers farm, and when they fertilize they only do it with what the plants need. See they get paid by the pound.

This is logic, what is there and what is not.

Overweight ? Counting calories ? Stop, it is a waste of time.

You might weigh 8 lbs at birth, now you weigh, say 200 lbs. Mathematically this is the total after you add up all you have eaten and drank in your life, minus what you have pissed, shit and sweat.

My fellow forumeers, how could it be any different ? Matter does not transport into your body while you sleep, as much as it will not get out while you sleep. It is a mathematical and scientific impossibility.

Calories are more what your body retains from the food, and does matter. Thing is, if you intake less than you output you lose weight. I did. Actually there is no other way.

Think about it.
