That is why they use the stated tax rate, never the actual rate they paid.  Cause then all those loopholes they paid for will see the light of day  and the truth will be seen.

Too bad your wrong, again. The AP article and the statistics quoted a few post up are based on the EFFECTIVE tax rate. What was ACTUALLY paid, yanno.

And, while the GOP is as guilty as the Dems on this lately, they arent "Loopholes". They are intended tax preferences. I think all of them should be gone except the first home mortgage deduction, but to call them "loopholes" mischaracterizes what they are.

Typical innumerate nutsucking lie.

They clearly state that they are based (several times) on the AVERAGE tax rate; a far different animal than the EFFECTIVE tax rate.

Wilbur, don't get involved in math discussions, you are inept at numbers and their meanings, you cannot demonstrate better than kindergarden skill with maths.
