I wasn't sure about introducing myself here since I am already overwhelmed with messages. Then I realized all my mail is from submissive guys, which is what I want, but it doesn't help me with meeting other domme women, which is what I need. I am relativity new at this, only having dominated one past boyfriend, so I wouldn't mind making a female domme friend or two. Someone I could bounce ideas off of and ask stupid questions of.

CM says it's the largest bdsm site on the planet. Which planet are they referring to? It seems sort of slow here and the forums seem somewhat dead. I did receive a lot of messages when I signed up but they've slowed to a trickle (not actually a bad thing though).
I was hoping for a busier forum.

I opened an account there. When I opened an account here my inbox was flooded with messages. After opening an account on fetlife, nothing. Nothing at all. Are there any people on that site? I do see it has privately run groups.

edit to add....maybe it means they just don't like me there? Oh now I've gone and hurt my own feelings :)

To the people recommending fetlife, both here and by C-message, thank you. I made a profile there and after looking around I see it's a pretty darn good sight. I notice it has no search feature and that's why I didn't get mail upon signing up. Though as soon as I asked a question in one of their many groups, the mail starting coming in.

Thank you everyone for your warm welcome, advice, and info on fetlife. I'm deleting my profile here on CM now, or as soon as I tell the few decent guys I met where to find me on fet.

edit to say, fetlife doesn't have a hissy fit if I use my real middle name either (Lolita) , another plus. I was named after my grandmother who was born long before the book Lolita was written.

on fetlife.. there are more discussions.. and from my experience.. more folks actually involved in the real life, offline scene.. which might not be to your taste... but its less of a pick up hook up space... explore.. there are a ton of discussion groups there
