A trucker was stopped in bumper to bumper traffic that was gridlocked on the beltway.
Some folks were approaching and talking to people in cars so he leaned out the window to find out what was happening.
The folks said "It's terrible. Terrorists have taken over the capitol and they're holding congress and the president hostage and demanding 20 Million in ransom or they'll burn the place down with them inside so we're going car to car and taking up donations"
The trucker was concerned and asked "How much is everyone giving?"
The people replied "About a gallon of gas each."
