And if you want to... (wait for it) ...you can travel there via the Intercontinental Railroad!

Does the White House get its water from Alaska?

That's not a Gaff.

A gaff is the Republicans admitting they're just piece-of-shit bigots.

Here's an Open Letter To All Republicans:

Until your "leadership" denounces and expels the assholes who Boo'd a US Soldier -- defending your freedom and liberty -- just because he's gay, you're admitting that bigotry is a core ideal of your party.

After years of wrapping yourselves in the flag and pretending to love America, now we all now know how you really feel. Your narrow-minded stupidity is more important than those giving their lives for you.

YOU own this one completely, douchebags. And us Real Americans ain't gonna forget it...

No, it certainly isn't. What a sharp fellow you are.

It's a gaffe.

What you're ranting about isn't a gaffe (or a gaff, for that matter). It's a disgrace.

Now please fuck off.

It becomes bullshit really quickly when the phrase "Chicago machine" is used.

Of course it's bullshit. Obama didn't say "Intercontinental Railroad". The whole story is a Republican lie.

Glad to help.

Palin didn't really say she could see Russia from her house either. That was Tina Fey. So it is appropriate for this thread.

Oh, he SAID "intercontinental railroad", but any idiot knowing the context that he was speaking would intuitively understand that he meant TRANScontinental railroad. I mean, isn't the only intercontinental railroad the Chunnel between England and France -- so he wasn't talking about that.

OH... It's Andrew Malcolm... That explains it... He's worse than an idiot. He's a Republican, and we all know what kind of small minded bigots all republicans are... After all, only Republicans would support booing a soldier defending their freedom just because he's gay, right?

Well if that is true, then after reading your posts the only conclusion I can come up with is that you must be a republican.

Those aren't different continents. But there's probably some rail lines that cross Eurasia.

You are a bigot and a liar. I don't say that to "call you names," I'm stating a fact.

Gary Johnson "Regrets his silence onstage"... according to your links.

So, some guy who isn't even leading the Republican Party, stood there while OUR SOLDIERS were disrespected, and too-little, too-late he "regrets his silence".

Was he afraid of being lynched or something if he defended our troops?

If that's the case, then he's a COWARDLY FUCKING PUSSY and isn't worthy of our respect or attention.

I wonder, would he regret his silence if we didn't point out the bigotry of Republicans?

Where are your LEADERS, proving that bigotry and hatred aren't core-beliefs of your party?

Where is the expulsion from the party of the douchebags who bood a soldier defending your freedom?

Where is your voice in calling for your leaders to denounce this, and expel the bigots?

What do you expect from a group of Republican Presidential candidates - not one of whom has ever spent a day (to my knowledge) wearing the uniform of the United States of America?

I *EXPECT* them to not tolerate someone disrespecting a soldier defending their freedom simply because he's gay.

I *EXPECT* **EVERYONE** in the Republican Party to freak the fuck out until the people who did disrespect our troops are identified, denounced, and expelled from their party.

Otherwise? Everyone who fails to call for Republican Leadership to denounce and expel these guys is tacitly endorsing the Republican Party's Platform of Bigotry and Hatred.

That's very true. It was a take-off on Palin's response to Charlie Gibson. Gibson asked, "What insight into Russian actions particularly in the last couple of weeks, does the proximity of this state give you?" Palin responded, "They're our next door neighbors. And you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska." I hope your observation has educated the out-of-touch among us.

Now look, this is supposed to be a happy thread about the circus we call "politics" over here in the 57 states. It's not meant to pick on one side or the other, or at the very least on each equally. What's the matter, cat got your sense of humor? You don't like the circus? You don't think the clowns are funny? Damn, I thought everybody liked the circus.

First of all that post only betrays your ignorance, and second - how much of a disgrace is it exactly that Obama never wore a uniform?

No I don't find the circus amusing, I think slapstick humor is stupid, and I don't really get the point of this thread unless it's just making fun of random things that people claim politicians said? I don't know.
