okay slaves and bottoms herea thought lets come up wihta special day dedicated to Mistress's so please help and take this seriouis cause i believe Mistress's should rate a day of there own casueonce we/we come up with a day we can pass the word and make it get around and stick

Hate to spoilt the fun boundslave, but if you have a Mistress then surely it's your duty to be constantly honouring her and making every day special? If we need to set aside a special day thepoint has been missed

For starters, i am neither a "slave" nor a "bottom"; i am a submissive. Personally, i do not object to a National Domina Day, but would include Doms and Masters as well. <Wonders how we'd get Bush to declare such a proclamation?>

I remember once, when I was about 8, asking my mom that if there was a Father's Day and a Mother's Day, why wasn't there a Kid's Day? Her response? "Everyday is Kid's Day!" The same holds true for Doms and Dominas...after all their pleasure is ours!

Oh boy. I might get promoted to the level of recognition that groundhogs, flags, fat guys in red suits, and rabbits with baskets of eggs get. I'm so excited.
If it pans out, can we take that one day each year to ban new subs from asking us about anal lube, rimming, and what positions we prefer while using strap-ons?
That would indeed be a reason for celebration.

Is there not some pagan custom or holiday that celebrates the Goddess? Perhaps it would be wise to start there and build upon or around that.

While every day should indeed be special, I don't think it's so bad to suggest an extra special day where she is showered with gifts and rose petals and fervent kisses upon her feet. If the idea took root I can envision very elaborate social events in certain underworlds.

I wish I had just a weeee bit of that organization fetish! As far as the other stuff, I can completely relate, I am the best worrier I know. I sometimes wonder how all of the other Dominas balance that need to take care of everyone else, make sure everyone is okay, with our desire to say "ME ME ME"......I know its hard for me at times.

Just pick a day to pleasently surprise your Domme. The only word of caution I would have here is that some don't like surprises. My friend tried to fix her Master's computer without his knowledge, and ended up with lashings rather than thank yous.
