well if you read the TOS (terms of service) agreement again which you and all those findommes signed upon joining this site it explicitely mentions that you may NOT use the site for commercial interest unless otherwise stated, and the only otherwise stated places are afaik those two or three forum branches for artisians and stuff...

which kinda kills all pro domme profiles in one huge swipe

Play the tape all the way to the end on that one.  Maybe I should say start at the beginning.  If we've got the sections that you describe (Artisans, Professional Services, etc) then the logical thing is for those folks using those sections to have a profile so people can contact them for services.

quote:

furthermore would fin domming as a kink mean that the domming part of the realtionship would control the finances of the subbing part, yet it wouldnt mean that the dommin part would simply own the finances of the subbing part to buy herself new shoes, that could be part of a TPE relationship but just a tiny fraction of it... however most of the socalled fin dommes here simply require amazon wishlists, tribute and all that nonsense that is weirdospeech for "i want to get payed to domme you even tho i know crap about what im doing and am probably not even that girl" which is by fact a commercial interest and not a kink... a commercial interest with false pretense btw...

So who are we going to elect to arbitrate what qualifies as "a small part of a TPE relationship" and a large part?  Who gets to decide that tops and bottoms (who don't want a relationship at all, but rather just engage in play) are less worthy of being here?

Shoot.  I happen to like needle play.  It's not something that I do every day or even every week.  I don't do it "only in the confines of a relationship".  Does that mean it shouldn't be on My profile?

so to make this whole thing work and stop all that bothersome chatter about whats wrong with dommes and subs just add a simple search option that checks for financial interests and mark all profiles that are that way, if you dont checkmark that you have a financial interest and i cant disable it during searches you should get banned on the spot,

They already kind of have that.  It's called - Read the profile and if you don't like what's in it, hide that profile from your view.  Pretty much what the rest of us do when somebody "lives for" a kink that is on our "hates" list.

quote:

if you dont deliver the services promised you should be sueable for breach of contract like every other service in the world meaning every profile with a financial interest would have to give its full name, address, social sec number or whatever so there is some customer protection according to international laws...
Why should the site be responsible for that, rather than the customer seeking the service?  If you use the yellow pages to look up a dry cleaner, the yellow pages aren't in the position of verifying that the dry cleaner has a business license, a good reputation with the BBB, or anything else.  It's the customer's responsibility.  Not that of anyone else.

Gets out a very small violin and plays for the op.

A part of My fetish, an ultimate turn on/humiliation aspect, is being forced to pay for her sadistic trampling of me. Online payments I rarely do because males impersonate females so I need them being on phone while a cam shot shows their genitalia while they write something on paper in real time.

Ding Ding Ding Ding - the winner, IMHO. The original poster was overlooking this probability.

Also, OP, perhaps you could tweak your filtration... The guys running most of these scams must list their profile as Women around 26 years old, I'm thinking they're about 5'5" tall and 126 lbs, or whatever the 100 or so that have viewed my profile over the last few months. They are all the same age, height, and weight. If you are filtering within that demographic perhaps you are seeing an inordinately high ratio of scammer findommes.

I guess if that is the demo you desire, you're going to have a much harder challenge.

Maybe think of the forums as a place where you can develop relationships based on more depth than "age, height, weight, hair/eye, etc."

i love how almost every "dominant woman" on this site who are looking for sub men say they are ONLY interested in "financial domination" which is code for: I don't give a fuk who you are, I just want you to send me some money for no reason and i'll call it "financial domination". What are guys sitting at their computers jerkin their meat while sending their cash through paypal? and please don't anyone give me that BS about "financial domination is really a fetish that people love doing" or something. I mean literally like 8 out of every 10 dominant women are doing this and alot of them don't even seem like they know anything about bdsm and so my question is how did this site become like this? are women talking to eachother like "hey im doing this thing on this website and all these guys are just sending me cash!!! you should do it too you can make some money!!"? sorry to go off on a rant lol just tired of this and I know alot of you Dommes are gonna hate on me for this so take your shot

(He said "fuk"....I don't think that's actually allowed).
