I'm on the other side of the beltway in VA. Moderately quiet, a few great ethnic offerings from more cultures than you can count on both hands, and DC is close enough to catch most any event going.

But don't get me started on the traffic. Oy vey...

1) Rustic Harbor 200 feet from door... Ocean just a quick kayak or windsurf away.
2)Best Striped Bass Fishing on planet within a short walk (in 3 directions)
3)Best Milf Beach this side of Welfleet natl Seashore pleasant 1 mile walk away.
4)Most of the Republicans have wives that cheat (not that I really want to fuck em... But the dirty looks from the husbands, all afraid of actually DOING anything about the flirting is LOADS of fun)/
5)It's an area where single Dad's with cute kids get lot's of face time with really pleasant women.
6)The Assholes of New England don't like to drive "all the way out here" (YAY!)
7)At the beach you can catch 48" fish and freak the swimmers out (who have to go back in the water afterward)
8)Did I mention the Ocean? Cause I really fucking love the way the Ocean looks out here

The only thing that I don't like is the sex scene....one two dungeons in the whole town and a handful of dommes...
