This takes seconds to do, so have a go! ... read, do it and see what happens!

Try this out ... This is pretty good. It will boggle your mind. And you will keep trying at least 50 more times to see if you can outsmart your foot, but you can't.

While sitting at a table or at your desk if you get bored at work... lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.

Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.

Your foot will change direction.

Make sure no one is watching !

hmm sounds like a brain integration exercise invented by a sadist . seriously i teach a alternative therapy and its very similiar to some exercises i teach people.

Well I made it to 35. Guess 2 eyes would be better than 1.

ok so is there something wrong with me??? first time around i did this and nothing happened my foot still went clockwise as prerequested even after i drew the six

i had done this before...so i was concentrating hard on my foot going clockwise....so hard that i made my 6 backwards
