maybe if its a braided flogger or something even yummier and if its over a prolonged period of time - one can see that helping with the old 'weight problem' because of all the dancing around the 'floggee' might attempt to do (at least if its this floggee trying desperately to straddle the leg of the cross for some serious 'hump-action', one would be dancing, oh yeah).
