Not really sure if this is the proper place to post this but here goes a poem for your enjoyment if i may be permitted... Hell can be Terribly Silent Footsteps resound within my mind, Down empty hallways, rooms en life. Uncluttered, devoid en bare Of life en love or even prayers A telephone rings unanswered there Door bells chime into lifeless air Footsteps echo down my soul As always I pace alone Hell can be terribly silent! In my heart pace I alone Unmoved, unnoticed and so...so very cold I see the pain of earlier times Old wounds left by others of my kind I stop to touch the scared over dreams Then remember my feelings; and scream and scream Of hurt and pain...Oh...I do know thee well Your part en parcel of my living hell All those people en times gone by Silent now deep inside my mind So now again I pace alone And recollect all those feelings long, long gone most humbly submitted for your pleasure respectfully understud...
