A surprise to me.  I thought she'd want to add the luster of being a Presidential candidate to her resume.  I figured she'd announce, hang in the race for a few months, and then withdraw claiming family priorities.

Steven, its been crystal clear for months she had no intention to run.

She will however become a force in local races and fund raising efforts and also become quite rich in the process.

Sarah was never EVER considering a run this year she showed up strategically when she wanted money in the coffers and deliberately annoyed the republican candidates. The mentioned the donations that would appear in her PACs accounts right as she would be somewhat mysteriously cancelling her little bus trips.
Think back to when Mitt Romney was announcing in Manchester earlier this year she showed up and on the day before and the day after, overshadowed the man and he was actually reported on the news up here as being pissed off about it. She then went into this 'uncertainty' as to 'where next' ... The money was deposited, and she went home she repeated the same scenario not to long ago onm the roll-up to Iowa... another chunk of money, My guess is she got a big payoff to make this speech and sit the fuck down.
  If she had a gun or pictures of you putting your dick into something embarrassing, you'd call it blackmail

Not at all... She is inept when it comes to English... I always figured she could talk the ears off an Inuit or a Russian... Make no mistake about it... my assessment of her has always been that she is a no good blackmailing whore. Period.

Personally I cant stand the woman. But, make no mistake, and dont underestimate her. She isnt dumb by any stretch. Intelligent, no... but definitely not dumb. IF she ever wises up and gets someone who can truly handle her politically... we are screwed.

Yep.  And some of them in this forum.

While I wouldn't call her dumb, she certainly doesn't spend her time and effort learning political intricacies.  She isn't interested in being a policy wonk.  Her interests are in making and building a brand.  She is, even three years after her debut on the political stage, still the master of using social media and manipulating the mainstream media for exposure, and for making her message on track per her own wishes.

Status: offline 		Personally I don't think she'll ever run for anything, she doesn't want the responsibility. She's not in it for the power, or for the good of the country, she's in it for the money. And I don't think she's dumb at all, I think she's really quite astute. Her PR is brilliant, she certainly has played the whole system and the media with perfection.

Look at what she has actually accomplished. Nothing. Yet still everything she says or does, or doesn't say or do for that matter, is plastered all over the news. And her books and lectures and speeches sell out.

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if she votes Democrat just to make sure she has somebody to rail against.
