That's why I reported Original Post to the Mods. I was hoping y'all have a way to say to them LOOK at this. You gave us a thread to make suggestions on. Haven't seen ONE of those things done. Or did I miss something? Also, I seem to remember a "non-thread" coming across the marquee - actually two of them - Would you like to help us? Sign up by clicking here..... Yep, after a very long time (like 3 months if I'm not mistaken) After a very long time as measured in internet time, I got "Thanks for your offer. We can't use you now, but we'll keep you on file." The other non-thread was something like "suggestions for improving CollarMe." Again, "click here." AND nothing has changed. There have also been instances of people asking support for help with profiles disappearing and other odd things. Those folks that didn't get a response from support post "What am I doing wrong?" And when posters try to help and nothing works, such threads end with "contact support." In your message above you say: "Feel free to brainstorm and toss some ideas around." That's all well and good, but HOW DO WE MAKE SURE SUPPORT READS THIS STRING?????
