Well that sounds easier than raising taxes on corporations and the top 1%, I mean if someone is in the hospital, with no insurance than they will not be able to vote or donate money.

Exactly why I believe every woman should own a gun and be willing/able to use it. Few bullies stick around when they realize I intend to stiock a gun up their ass and blow their brains out. Wish I'd done just that to my ex-husband.

I am sorry, Aylee, but the title of your thread is discriminatory in many levels, and plain wrong. With that title, you are lying. Lying in a discriminatory way. Plus, lying in a defamatory way. Lie. Defamation. Discrimination. I wonder if you think that "the goal justified the means" or something, but as for me, you have provoked much more rejection against your title as against Topeka, Kansas. How is it discriminatory? Most domestic abuse victims are women. Highlighted... and worded strongly, but not discriminatory from what I can see. They basically are saying it is okay, although they say it is wrong and still a crime, they are arresting and then letting them go without a court date to actually do something about it. So in essence they are saying it is okay to the criminal mind of an abuser. He/she has free reign to do what he/she wants without being punished. Long way around... but it amounts to... go for it dudes/dudettes... you won't get into trouble for it. Political economic grandstanding at the expense of those most vulnerable to the crime.

I guess you could say so. I still don't think it was her motive or intent. Being reasonable... knowing full well that all domestic abuse victims are not women... but most are women and children and in a state that already says that parents can use an item to hit children as long as it isn't unto death or death force... like my grandsons situation... I think it says a lot about the state and now a city that is decriminalizing domestic abuse. I feel domestic abuse should be a more serious crime. If it were the crime it should be, this wouldn't be an issue. Saying she was lying was a bit of a stretch though. Bet you enjoyed that didn't you? Child abuse is child abuse.. not domestic violence. No one suggested men being slapped would be prosecuted. You opted to read into that as you wanted too. quote: No, they are not. As far as I am concerned, the whole issue of them dropping domestic abuse is discriminatory and defamatory. Why should those victims be any less represented than someone who had their car stolen? Btw, grand theft auto is a felony while beating the shit out of someone is a misdemeanor. Someone may want to quote this because, sadly, spanish guy has me on hide and wont see the folly of his words otherwise.
