But like he said......war isnt a business, medicare is.

So you can protect the people, by the people, for the people, from the Chinese Army, but not (alas) from Chinese Flu.

I know exactly what you mean. They wrote it in secret which is why all the news outlets were reporting about the removal of single payer and individual mandate and shifting fund from medicare to Affordable Health Care. I didnt have internet at the time so it was a secret to me to since it was posted on senate, house and congressional library websites.
