Looking at your profile, what part of South Florida is "New York" in. I know we jokingly refer to WPB/Broward/Dade as the sixth borough down here. Are you on the west coast? Lots of cool groups, The Woodshed in Orlando is a great place. Near me, Command Performance, SF community10, as well as the South Florida munch, Hollywood munch, Miami munch groups....

Burnt Kitty,

What do you think of the Alter Ego parties? I went to a few when I lived in S FL and didn't really care for them but wasn't sure if it was due to the guy I was with at the time, who drinks to excess, or because they really are too glammy for me. I'm going back to FL next month and am thinking of going to the Nov 12 party, but my Dom is stuck on the whole dresscode thing and I'm not sure if it's worth it.

OP - according to your zip code, you are in NY but your title says S FL, so you may wish to clarify. Welcome!
