If anyone's urging you to violence, you totally shouldn't beat the shit out of them... You'll probably get arrested for assaulting an officer. I was standing on Atlantic St. Friday and one kid in his mid 20s was there with a "Don't tread on me flag" who kept giving these elaborate explanations about how he hated the Tea Party for co-opting his favorite flag and how if any of them came today, they were gonna pay and how he hoped he wasn't alone. Folks were completely ignoring him and I thought that was rather odd. I asked a guy wearing a direct action arm band and he said "Oh, that guy got spotted the other day by a girl who was at the state house as an assistant and he used to hang there till security banned him once and for all because he was identifying himself as a 'fox news amateur correspondent' and had been harassing reps as they exited the statehouse. Instead of kicking him out... we approached the BPD and made sure they knew that we knew" as for me, I noticed that on friday, when we returned from the smaller 5pm march, we were followed in by a group of middle aged guys that looked familiar to me. And they should to ANYONE who's been to a Bruins Game, The Celtics, or The Orpheum... They were the merry bunch that offer to buy your tickets for a profit and then arrest you. What were they there for? Well I'll presume because they basically avoided interaction and weren't at all threatening they serve some function other than infiltration. But that first guy is either an opportunistic loan freak with a head full of Tea Party, or maybe even someone they sent.
