I have had no trouble with other types of Law, but I like to help others when I can.

In the USA, most states will permit most criminal convictions to be expunged.  You might wish to consult a lawyer -- for free -- to deterrmine if such is the case in Your country/province.

This may be the case in the US, but the odds of a charge laid against me in Omaha having any effect on my life in Canada are absolutely zero unless the misdeed is also illegal here.
And the tour company you cited wasn't charged for the paying for sex that occured in thailand, but for selling the tours in the US...it is illegal in the US to sell such tours.
