I dunno, I look at the cantaloup listeria thats killed more than 20 people and wonder about regulations not being strong enough then the EU wants straight bananas, doesnt mean they will get them ... same with this its to cover their arses from LAWYERS and sue happy people, which has spread outside the US borders

Speak of the devil, Skip... [;)] Is it worth mentioning that this is an example of hysterical overinflation of something completely trivial into a scare story by the rabidly anti Europe Torygraph? (It's notable that one of the three people they could actually name for a quotation is a UKIP politician, and rather funny that the twat in question is a member of the European, rather than UK, parliament.). As Lucy says, about all that's going to happen is a warning will be printed on a few wrappers to fend up ambulance chasers retained by idiots. Big fookin' deal.
