DarkSteven -> Obama is winning handily against the GOP field (10/10/2011 5:33:30 PM)

as far as using data gathering and mining goes.  http://www.cnn.com/2011/10/09/tech/innovation/obama-data-crunching-election/index.html

Not surprising in the least.  Note that the Bush administration's approach was similar to "dumb rocks" and Obama's is equivalent to "brilliant pebbles".  Obama's a believer in targeting.

Obama isn't "winning handily" against anyone who has a chance to get the nomination. You can data crunch all you want, he's lost a good portion of the independent vote, the Hispanic vote and the Jewish vote (where it counts), and his only hope is an unlikely turnout of those he's kept in even greater numbers than in 2008. Crunch those numbers.

Maybe hes got the math wizards who pushed the half billion dollar Solyandra loans from the White House crunching the numbers for him.

What could possibly go wrong?

The grand oil party is campaigning full on and the president hasn`t even started and still has you beat.

Sometime after the laughter and the ridicule begin to subside boredom will set in, and panic is nowhere to be found anywhere

Own it, I posted it...

Again, you think people will care more when the party of Goldman Sachs (Bank Bailouts Incorporated) sponsors it?

That wasnt what we are discussing... and you are well aware of that. Which is why you avoided it on the original thread you posted it on. We are discussing how your article speaks about the "worry" is spreading in the GOP.

The movement has some Republicans concerned -- worried enough to start swinging back.

As far as the DNC taking over, the article never said they would. They did say the attempt was underway... and I have no doubt that it is... the doubt exists as to its effectiveness and ability to do so... and even the article you posted points out the hurdles and pitfalls.

Per your article

Anger, of course, respects no political boundaries these days. Many of the Republicans who are now critical of "Occupy" were cheering the Tea Party movement on.
Now it's Democrats who get to learn the lesson: Channeling the emotions of anger in politics is seldom as simple as it seems.

I think that is extremely true... especially on the heels of many watching what happened with the tea party.

Obama said it himself. Americans are not better off since he took off almost three years ago. That most likely won't change in the next year. He is in big trouble..

You forgot the Senior's vote and the Veteran's vote. And I don't think that those in the medical fields whose incomes would shrink by one third under "Obama care" are going to take Democratic ballots in the primary.
And then there's all the young people and college graduates who can't find jobs. "Four more years!" lol

My post had nothing to do with Obama.

ROFL. Obamas been campaigning since inauguration day.

And now they say in the Boston Globe (Marjorie Egan) that "The Hermanator" is rapidly gaining and could be in second place shortly.
And, he's supported by the Tea Party who the short bus leftists claimed were,....... "racist." lol
I'm (almost) starting to feel sorry for the poor goose-stepping leftists, it seems everything they say is wrong.
If,... "liberalism is a disease" the leftists are on life support. You read some of the shit they say and the phrase, "brain trauma" comes to mind.
Oh well, at least Oblunder can count on some of the leftists votes though many of them won't even know why they're voting for him.
