I know there are a few other threads about Western Union and how not to trust people you just meet. I have a question about a choice I made; I am still new to the site and meet this girl that her profile turned out to have the wrong area as her residence. When I found this out she said that would could meet after I passed her three tests. I went along nothing asking too much from me until she came to the third test which was to wire money to a business partner of hers in China for a some toy that she wont tell me what it is used for. I was about to do what she asked before my brain started to kick in and I decided not too instead I started to tell her it looked like a scam and so on. She kept trying to make me fill say about the idea saying that he will give me so much off and that she would give me half the price back and so on until it seemed that she got angry and stopped talking, and I was ok with it because she would not let me see even a sec of her on cam for me to tell if she was who she says she is. She kept telling me I could call the guy but that still does not get at what I was wondering and that is if she was for real. I guess I am wondering am I right in what I did because she keeps pressing me on the matter and saying that she really likes me which just makes me think its even more of a scam?

It's important to remember that these are still personal relationships, not some kind of bureaucracy, and someone who requires you to do that sort of thing probably doesn't have the best of intentions for you.

Thanks I thought I was doing the right thing just kind of wanted to see if other people from outside the situation saw it the same, so I know that I am not being super paranoid or asking too much for something more then just photos and saying I have to just trust the other person.

How to recognize a scam artist before they ask for money.

1. Wrong city/state/distance. This means they picked them at random.
2. Native American but not a Native American photo
3. They claim to be 23 and 5'5" (auto posted in to thousands of profiles)
4. They are god fearing.
5. Their activities are minimal/no bdsm (not 100%)
6. They try to use a website besides collarme.com If they don''t like it here at CM, get a phone number.

scam.

I caught one in Florida who eventually gave me their home address. I pulled it up on Google Earth then asked them what color their roof was. She said she'd have to go look. I gave her 2 minutes. She came back saying she did not understand what I was asking her, yada yada yada. Next day she had the answer. I laughed my ass off.

It's posts like this that serve as a reminder that common sense is actually only found to be practiced by extraordinary people.

Yeah, sorry, it's a scam. Do people generally ask others they don't know to do tests for them? If she really liked you then why would you have to buy something? The whole thing makes no sense. You're a submissive guy, it's hard to find a Domme since there aren't too many of them, and you'd like this girl to be a real possibility for you but it's not happening.

What everyone else said, PLUS, I noticed later you said she wouldn't even send you any pictures as proof. Remember that pictures are not proof. They're only proof that the person knows how to get and send a picture. Nothing else. You do realize it was probably a guy you were talking to, right? That's why "he" was willing to talk to you but "she" wasn't. Tell him to go play with his winky.

If she really liked you and wanted to meet you, she would, the purchase of a toy, or anything, wouldn't matter. The fact she's so persistant about getting your payment info is clearly an indicator that's all this little scam group is after, probably a creditcard number so they can take you for a ride before you realize they charged your CC to it's max.
