hmmmm...i think there must be something on my mind - i just went to get a snack, opened the cupboard and saw a nachos kit which said on the side of the box: contains nachos topping is it worrying that i found this funny?!

I bought a waterproof disposable camera once. In big letters on the bottom there was a warning about "Caution; Not a floatation device" I must wonder how many people have been consumed by an angry sea while they cursed their disposable camera for it's lack of buoyancy. Perhaps they need a memorial.

OK, in the same vein as the story about the "WARNING: CONTAINS HOT LIQUID" label on the side of fast food coffee cups, has anyone here ever heard of the events leading to Sears putting the label "This appliance only for the cleaning of clothing and cloth items."? Some woman but her kids in a washing machine and sued Sears Roebuck when they died, because there wasn't a warning against it. She won.

Hmm, mental notel; reproduce. Insert baby in somthing dangerous (industrial strength dish washer?). Sue. Is it just me or does anyone else want to go shoot lawyers right now? <edit> Okay, maybe not shoot all lawyers, but it is sad to me that the legal profession is able to carry out legal actions on behalf of stupid people.

I think we all laught at references made innocently but incorporate the words top, bottom, dominate...etc. I laughed the other day, when I went to pick up my cat at the vet and the carrier I borrowed said, bend knees when lifting....Top heavy. Hell she ain't heavy and she sure in the hell ain't no top...the lil bitch...she's my pussy.[;)]
