Hello,

Usually a good sub gets satisfied by pleasing the Mistress. When She is satisfied then the sub feels satisfied. I don't know if the sensation is universal for all males. I don't get satisfaction from milking. Milking releases the accumulated semen without triggering the pleasurable orgasm feeling that usually goes with it. So it's beneficial, but not pleasurable. Kind of like eating tofu.
