This slave is curious. Is there anything that your Master requests that you do, or how you do it, that you just cannot bring yourself to do. Nothing BDSM related, just maybe a task or how he wants it done.
this slave's Master requests that she write everything down everyday and every night and check her book in the morning and before going to bed, she just cannot get herself to be consistent with this. Any advice and experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Ugh yes...working out. Master is in the Army and He requires the girl to adhere to fairly ridge standards of physical fitness...especialyl when He is gone on these god awful long deployments an hour on the treadmill after a day of running after daycare toddlers adn rasing Our own two kids...well....let's just say the girl has managed every excuse int eh book to no avail. Several years ago she gained a considerabel amount of weight while He was in Korea after the birth of Our second child....obviously this meant she wasn't adhering to the rules...so for six months when He returned Home she was handcuffed to the treadmill at night for an hour...and it was set to mountain climb...oh that hurts...but she coudn't just decide to not do it...so....
she would say yes the fitness regimen of this house drives this girl crazy. Nearign ten years now and she still fights it.
As for how you can alleviate this, well in this girls instance enough punishment went a long way, now she rarely misses a day of treadHELL...and she lifts three days a week too...so kasara, sara.
Also grooming, Master requires her to groom even when He is gone...bare full on grooming...and since the hous eis not wealthy enough to afford total body waxing every other week....(ok yeah she is Native American and Italian) she has to do it herself. So when He is gone she used ot get really lazy then the marvelous invention of the affordable webcam and digital camera came around and how she can't be lazy...He requires impromptu screenings....So in a nutshell in this girl's experiemce by and large your ability to overcome these obstacles summounts to punishment adn screening by your Owner...eventually like Pavlov's dogs you'll learn.

ok your post made this slave smile. As far as the native american and italian thing goes....this slave feels for you, she too is native american and italian. yes wonderful combination so she has been told....and the razor companies love it too, oh yes and the hair removing cream companies. [:D]

This is a pretty minor thing. He always wants me to use a golf cart when we play golf together (He has a bad hip and can't walk 18 holes anymore)and i have to drive. First i much prefer to walk, and secondly i hate driving it because He is always criticizing me--both my golf game and the way i drive the cart.[:@]
