Shake down ? That would be the smart ones. In Ohio years ago it was not called Impersonating, it was called Personating a police officer. As usual I knew someone who got busted for it :-) The sentence was minimal. But really, could you imagine "busting" a guy with like millions worth of drugs in his car ? If I did that shit I would just go back to my car, pretend to be on the radio or something and come back and tell him to give me a bunch of weed. I'd say "OK, you paid the toll" LOL. And of course that he was lucky that I won't write him a ticket for no seat belt. This guy better STFU because this could blow all out of proportion. If they decide to make it hard on him we could be talking illegal detainment and some other shit, fraud, kidnapping, all depends on what exactly he did. If there are no tapes the undercover guy(s) could say just about anything. He better not piss them off. But why a guy does this ? Percieved power, badge envy. Now the sinister thought - why are real cops cops ? T^T
