OP, go ahead and start it if you want. there are certainly people who would patronize it. she's not forcing kinks on anyone -- if you sign up there and attend, you know what the rules are going in. some people DO like to go on vacations and do things away from home, there's nothing wrong with that.
getting tied up and whacked around in nature is fun, and not everyone lives on an acreage. some people just like the idea of a "society" where there is a clear delineation between roles -- not necessarily just Goreans, either. there was a thread on FL that was pretty popular, regarding whether people would like to live in a society where they wre totally free to treat their slaves as slaves i public, or to be treated as a slave in public.
it's also not JUST a slave's wet dream -- amazingly, some D/M-type folks like these ideas, too, and would get just as much enjoyment from it. control dynamics, or objectfication dynamics aren't solely to the benefit of an s-type who digs them; if that were true, and with Ds/Ms not being bound by what their s-folk want, people would rarely engage in them, right?
it's like how some people assume that micromanagement is "too much work" and they dont want to "cater to a sub" -- well there are some Ds who LIKE micromanagement, institute it themselves, and require it.
so, OP, if it floats your boat, and you have the money, start it up, maybe with a small group of likeminded people/investors, or something.
