When playing Words with Friends, against a random opponent, is it considered poor etiquette to use words like "vagina," or "labia" during the opening moves?

I normally gravitate to the words pussy or snatch myself. Both highly descriptive in their own right.

I have used shit and fisted playing that game.  I figure if it accepts the word, I am good.
