Actually, I have heard from some peoples rants on fet life, that there's been a rise in telemarketers an shit getting your cell and calling you on your cell.

I dunno. I've never gotten a single telemarketer on my cell phone and can't imagine  how they would get my number unless I signed up for lots of companies or whatever with it and it was sold to the telemarketers. However, I rarely ever give out my number and never ever to companies unless I absolutely want them to contact me. Otherwise I tell them I don't have any phone at all and they don't ask.
