In 2004, I was in Costa Rica near Panama and when a bridge washed out it stayed that way until the locals got together and fixed it. Frankly, I prefer paying taxes for roads.

Have you had experience with a system other than the one you're complaining about?

Oh, and when I went to Golfito to fly back to San Jose, the airport was closed due to a problem with the (gravel) runway. Give me building codes!

It doesnt matter. Government spending is the reason for higher taxes. Thats why I say NO to any all subsidies. It doesnt matter that government subsides / funding have given us products everyone benefits from. Dont go listed of examples of NASA inventions like scratch resistant lenses, memory Foam, ear thermometer, shoe insoles, long distance telecommunications, adjustable smoke detectors, safe grooving, cordless tools, water filters, and so forth. As the tea party says we have been Tax Enough Already.

If they had a provision to keep the to Force the business to keep the jobs in America. It would be Anti-Capitalist, Anti-Business, and Anti-Free Market aka GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS HURTING BUSINESS.

We've never had a free market.

I'm not sure we have to go back. We just moved all that inconvenient stuff off to other countries. It's how officials can use Ipad's to point out flat inflation rates, you know.

My issue with the loan is for a car that costs $100,000. They took money, hard earned money, from the wallets of every worker to give to a company to build a car most of this country will never be able to afford.

New technology always comes down in price as the market for it grows.

Think back to how expensive PC's were. Now you can buy a laptop for $200.

Look at plasma and LCD televisions and their dramatic price reductions in recent years.

FR::::

So right now we are not equipped with the right tools and skill to make this until NEXT YEAR in Delaware because of complications? Let the rich buy this then.

Even though the actual unemployed is at 25 million +. 1000 jobs are going to be created somewhere next year and what makes you think the ball will not roll to have more production and lesser costs?

Plus:

Facilities The global headquarters for Fisker Automotive is located in Anaheim, California. Centrally located in Southern California, the facility reflects the company's philosophy for sustainability. The recycled flooring, animal cruelty-free furniture, solar-powered signage, use of compact fluorescent light bulbs and ongoing recycling efforts keeps every team member and associate fully engaged in this core company mission. Fisker retail facilities also reflect this same philosophy in order to reduce the environmental impact of the entire Fisker operation on a global scale. Locations include: Delaware, Munich, Beijing, Finland.

I saw a poster some place just a few days ago that said:  "If you want to live the American dream, move to Finland or Sweden".

Another poster, I saw last night when I went to "Gazeboville":  "How's that war economy working out for you?"

Delaware eh?
I remember Bill Clinton saying back in '93-'94 that if we passed "Nafta" it would create "millions of high paying manufacturing jobs and greatly reduce illegal immigration."
We all know how those two things worked out don't we?
