wiltshire -> Nipple pumps and lactating. (10/21/2011 2:41:25 PM)

Hey All,

A friend of mine wants me to get her into nipple pumps and lactating. I have ordered the pump and we are awaiting for it to arrive but i was worrying about what to do and how to either make it happen or how you increase the fun and games when doing it with your sub? also what do you do with any milk which is produced at the end of the play? I have ordered the pump which has the small tube so i could use it on her clit as well so we get double for are product so if you know anything about that or how to make it more exciting then please mail me and tell me about it as i know nothing and dont want to show up, pump and no excitement happen.

Any help would be amazing thank you

Yours

wiltshire

Try for a grant from the Eu not to produce, like all of France?

There are some recent threads on lactation on the health &safety board. It takes a long time to produce milk if you havennt given birth recently, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Be patient!

It's milk, right? Put it in your tea!

Did you order a hospital grade pump?

Do you have ANY idea HOW much time this is going to use up for your sub? Hint: 15-30 minutes every 2 hours.

Have you contacted your Le Leche League?

Are you going to have her get some lactating pills from her doctor?

I am thinking that if the breast shield is small enough for the clit then it is TOO small for her nipples. Do you really want her to remove a couple layers of skin from her nipples or have blisters? Trust me, she is NOT going to let you play with them at that point.

You could always sell the milk on e-bay.

Hey thanks all for the posts so far.

We have ordered some basic nipple pump system so nothing special and it was her who ordered it so not my fault if they dont do the job. But i did suggest the bigger cups thinking about those items you brought up. She is very new to this idea but requested that we could only meet up and play if i accepted lactation as part of her training. I dont feel she knows anything about it and is expecting it to happen over night. But at least I can now go into the meet this Tues and say its going to be a 2-3yr thing. During which time i will research the drug idea but im not sure we want to go down that route unless we have too.

Not a 2 to 3 YEAR thing, an every 2 to 3 hour thing. And I hope to heck that the pump she ordered is a double pump and electric. Good luck to you both.

Hey Aylee,

No i mean sessions of doing it over 2yrs not start now and it will take 2yrs to produce. We will only be meeting every 2wks but she has now got a Dom who will also be doing it with her so ideally 4-6 meets a month with breast pumping involved. I might let her take the kit home with her so she can self do as well. Think its a low end product so if she gets used to it might have to buy stronger pumps for the job!

Wiltshire,

With that kind of pumping schedule she will never lactate. That is just the long and short of it.

What needs to happen for lactation to occur is to convince the body and the hormones that there is a baby. And a baby eats every two to three hours. The pump simulates the baby's sucking. Pumps are not as efficient as babies, but there ya go.

Now. . . I have been basing all of my comments on the idea that she actually wants to produce human breast milk. If you all just want to play at it and that milk production is not the goal, then have fun and it doesn't matter.

Hey Aylee,

Thank you for the science behind it now im on your side. Sorry im someone who needs the basic scienec princples to understand why we should do it and now with that report and the theory behind it i understand the ideas and how it works. I will now be sending home the nipple pump with her with the instruction she needs to be doing the pumping daily on a 2-3hr cycle. Thank you for the advice. My 2-3 plan was on the idea it doesnt happen over night so I was going to think we will admit to have it working within that period of time taking for anything that could happen ie holidays, time away, but if we do the 2-3 hr cycle then breast milk should be more comman then my way.

Thanks once again

Yours

wiltshire

I think the woman needs to "man-up" and do some research for herself. I can't believe that she is going into this with nothing but third-hand info from a bunch of strangers - who, for all she knows, doesn't have her best interests at heart.
