No, he was guilty when the pictures were sent out to his tweet account. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to know that minors do follow politics. Or are you still under the misconception that only those of voting age are interested in politics and only those of that age group have twitter accounts?

Seems like a trend to me,as a matter of fact it almost seems as if you hold liberals and Democrats in the same low regard as sanity does.
It is no more true when you do it,in a slightly less confrontational manner to be sure,that when sanity does it.
Final analyisis ....same biased bullshit,wherein one side ascribes less than salurtory motives to the other.Seen this picture before

I will say again ... you are participating in a "high tech lynching" of a black man, because he is black.  Did you start it?  No.  But you are doing exactly what the article was intended to do. You are playing out the second half of the technique.

No apology is due from me for pointing out the fact.  If you are offended, might I suggest that your offense should be better directed at the people and groups which entrapped you into such a position, if it was an unwilling entrapment?

Your claim "I'm not saying he's guilt." claim is, quite frankly, disingenuous on it's face. 

Techniques such as "Damning with faint praise" and "I was just asking a question!" in order to stir up FUD are common.  Your position through out this thread has been "how could he not know?", "why is he backpedaling", "why is he changing his story?", all in an attempt to portray him in a bad light, and yourself as an "honest broker, looking for Truth".

You just pulled a similar ploy by being willfully obtuse with Sanity, when he pointed the same thing out to you.

In fact, you are a stirrer of shit in this little escapade, and then have the temerity to demand an apology, when I call you on you on it?!

And then attempt to "get my goat" my referencing my wife, and our relationship in an attempt to belittle?

Nah uh.  Sister, you are the one who owes me an apology.

The hyperbole was that in all cases the two "rules" were always true.  They are mostly true in our political and media environment.  The hyperbole was to make a point.

That's why I sometimes appear such a curmudgeon.  Because I want to know the facts as much as possible before I condemn.

In general, I hold most people in "low regard", regardless of political orientation.

The ones who jump to conclusions based on purely ideological grounds are the ones that I have some of the lowest regard for.  Sometimes that's on the right.  More often, I've seen it on the left. I've never pretended otherwise.

People who I disagree with - but can hold an honest discussion about our differences - are the ones I hold in high regard.

The organization gives its reason as one of confidentiality protocol. It could be that the agreements also included the organization not saying anything as well.
