This year I did not do my spiderweb cupcakes.  Went cheap and got 2 bags of candy.  We seldom get kids out here.

Trick for me.  This Halloween, which we celebrated on Saturday, we went on the Portland  Barfly party bus, which took us to a number of  fun and ghoulish haunts.  My favorite was the bar with the Black Sabbath cover band.  Yep.
We were the oldest people on the bus, but still had an awesome time!  My favorite costume, other than my own, was the guy who dressed as a postman and delivered mail that people wrote each other on the bus.  Sample: from Mobster Girl to Poseidon:  Is your trident as mighty as they say?

I love Halloween!

Status: offline 		We had a GREAT TIME trick-or-treating! (ETA in between chasing squirrels, sniffing flowers, kicking leaves, and examining garden statuettes.)

Butterhead got home, took ONE candy (M&Ms) out of her pail. Ate that. Ate her dinner. Took ONE more candy (Peanut M&Ms) out of her pail. Ate those. And has fallen asleep on the couch.

She was very good about saying "Thank you" and "Happy Halloween."

I am so very proud of her.
