Master mentioned hair removal....in the tender area, this girl has been shaving it off for, well, ever it seems, but He's talking waxing (possibly)
this one's first thought: YEOWZA!
this girl's second thought: wonder what works best? Cold wax? Hot wax? Microwave wax, or hot water? Depilatory cream?
Brands?

desertdancer -> RE: ::gulp:: waxing? (5/25/2006 7:41:20 PM)

Oooh stay away from the creams if your planning on going all the way bare.  If I were you I'd hit the nearest Sally's beauty whole sales, and get the Brizillian wax, you put it on, wait for it to cool, then rip it off, no wax strips needed.  Also, make sure you cleanse the area very well before hand.  While at sally's pick up a NO PUMP type of topical solution to stave of bumps.  This is all if your doing it at home yourself, if your not, well then call around to your local beauty shops and book an appointment.

Things to know of waxing...

You should'nt wax if your pregnant, menstrating, or using any kind of achne treatments in that area, also try NOT to drink a lot of water as your skin will hold those fluids and may pull off an extra layer of skin when waxing

It also helps to use a little baby ambasol on the area after cleansing but before waxing, as it helps with pain

Good luck
Yours,
dancer

Dear ravn, Ladies and Gentlemen;

Now dear lass, I am a strong believer that dominants need to feel the sensations before their slaves and or submissive.   I must assume that he is a sadist and that he would love to do the task of applying and taking such Brazilian waxing off.  After all, he can look where the sun doesn't shine on you much better than a delightful lass as you.

A fine Master would do such hard work such as waxing where a young lass is stressing over such.  You need after care as well!  So, perhaps your dear Master will be a good lad and test this Brazilian wax treatment on his tender morsels first and to comfort him when he screams "Nuts!" or "My Nuts!" and or something that is a wee bit strong for virgin and or lady's ears.  Might be he will remember that he must prove that things do not harm his little lass--

Respectfully submitted with a wee bit of humor,
Lady Hugs

akisha -> RE: ::gulp:: waxing? (5/25/2006 8:14:28 PM)

LOL oh Ladyhugs what a lovely suggestion. Somehow i don't think it would happen

Ravn, if You Master does try a brazillian can you share with us here? please please please *giggles*

For a serious response....

You can do lazer hair removal, It's everywhere now and really pretty reasonable. About the same cost per session as a waxing. (here in Canada anyhow) If you want to permenantly remove the hair that is. It would take 3-4 sessions. The side effects are pretty minimal. Something to consider anyway

Honestly i didn't know one could do it themselves.  If so i would have started a long time ago.  i know it will probably hurt, but my upper lip (aka mustache) hurts as well, but that doesn't mean i'm going to stop getting it taken off.  Having brown hair makes it way too noticable.  Thanks for the tips already.  i do know that the last time i check Brazillian waxes (which included butt hair) were $100.  If it meant not cutting myself and getting red bumps in those areas, it's very VERY much worth it to me.

desertdancer -> RE: ::gulp:: waxing? (5/25/2006 8:32:41 PM)

I do it myself, it's not to hard, but you do need to be flexible and have had practice, because you DO need to hold the skin tight with one hand and rip with the other, it is very do-able.  I do it for a living though, so I've had practice practice practice, so if your doing it at home, you or your partner, practice on other areas first, such as arms and legs.

desertdancer -> RE: ::gulp:: waxing? (5/25/2006 8:34:36 PM)

Oh percernia.. you CAN still get the red bumps from waxing 'down there' the bulbs of the hairs there are bigger and so yes you can still get bumps, and that area can still be prone to ingrown hairs with waxing, but it's a lesser % then with shaving, after care is important.

now for the kicker, with this waxing, will it affect the healing of my new 'underground piercing' if you will?

akisha -> RE: ::gulp:: waxing? (5/25/2006 8:42:00 PM)

I've never gotten bumps from shaving but then again i moisterize with tea tree oil cream. it smells nice and it helps.

Oh somehting fun to do if you have lots of time. *g*  pluck designs into the hair hehe it's fun. do Master's initials or a heart.

ok ok i've had periods of extreme boredom lol and plucking does not usually give bumps.

How new is your piercing? You should never wax over broken or 'angry' skin.  If your still in the healing phase, you should not wax that area, you can the area around it, but with waxing your rippng off at least 1-2 layers of skin along with the hair, it could pick up a corner of the area peirced then rip and teara section of your skin off. YES I have seen this happen.  Piercings also need to heal on the inside, so I would wait for waxing untill you are completley or at least mostly healed, if you came to me in the salon, I would politely refuse your service depending on when you were pierced....

I hope this helps,

you brave, brave girl.

As for waxing, I've never had it done. I've yet to have any problems with shaving. Maybe one day I'll brave a waxing.

...get the Brizillian wax, you put it on, wait for it to cool, then rip it off, no wax strips needed.

NO PUMP type of topical solution to stave of bumps.

I have this product - but have yet to try it...
As with waxing your legs - don't you need to let the hair grow?  What I've always disliked about waxing is that the same area may require several passes - it that true with this product? One more, if I may, what type of solution to avoid bumps do you recommend?

Yes, indeed inbetween waxings, you must let the hair grow to at least 1/4 an inch before you can wax agian, the wax needs the hair long enough to grab onto, I've found that with some hair types 1/4 an inch still isnt long enough, and you'll need to let it grow longer, so if your always wanting to be little girl smooth, waxing may not be for you, also, though waxing does let you go longer between upkeep (more waxing) there are some people who just grow hair FAST and can wax one week and already have stubble the week after..

Tend skin is great for bumps, though it is costly, there are other versions, I like tend skin the best, also has mentioned tea tree oil can help a lot

And yes, with waxing it is often necessary to go over the same patch of skin more then once, however the brazillian is a heartier wax and tends to 'grab' easier and needs less going over

If anyone needs step by step waxing, feel free to send me a note on the other side and I can walk you through it

PS. Lady Hugs, this girl showed her Master Your post and He said He would think about it.

He also said that if I held my breath and passed out, He could not be held responsible for the complications arising whilst i was passed out

you brave, brave girl.

Actualy i find plucking to be pretty fast and very effecient. only a couple places hurt/sting. Then again i'm not a naturally hairy person. Now I can have the whole upper area plucked in less then 5 mins and no razor burn [:D]

Before I decided or rather was told to go bald. (I decided i liked it and kept it up afterwards) I always plucked my bikini line. I also found because i had a tendancy to pluck most the time the regrowth was way less too. lol to be honest i'm still not sure i could go into a salon and get my whole area waxed, same reason i don't have a hood ring. just the idea makes me blush.  wierd i know. FloridaISIS -> RE: ::gulp:: waxing? (5/25/2006 10:28:35 PM)

akisha, call me a wuss, but I'll stick with the shaving. I have to shave everything else at least every other day, so the extra 2 mins it takes with the razor seems to work for me, if I could be hair free for life, now that would be something. Men don't know how good they've got it here.

juliaoceania -> RE: ::gulp:: waxing? (5/25/2006 10:34:00 PM)

A lot of men shave too,...smiles.

candystripper -> RE: ::gulp:: waxing? (5/25/2006 10:50:39 PM)

Waxing is on my "gotta have it" list for the next step up in salon treatments.  i've had it done twice and loved it.....my stylist was a gay man i liked alot and it was highly erotic.  Later he told me that he doesn't get many waxing appts and that i had given him a boner, lmao.

i would of course prefer a permanent hair removal technique, but i suspect lazering will remain out of my range for awhile at least.  And i am not collared; what would i do if my One WANTED a muff?
