i imagine there are some kind of fetish parties you can go to and find women who would engage you. you can sometimes find people to comment on your pictures on fetlife. i've seen lots of people go this route. there are groups on Fetlife for basically any interest; you could find a group, join it, ask for comments on your pics, and there you go.
you're probably not terribly interested in a relationship; your profile says absolutely nothing. a lot of women you meet -- well, mostly in person, if you do opt to try things in person -- are going to want to be more than just an "insert girl here" place filler. when you lead with your fetish, as you've done with your profile picture AND your user name AAAND this thread, you are saying "all i want is this," and it's like you don't really even care who the other person is. you just want what you want when you want it -- you're expecting a service, and in the modern world of capitalism, you pay for services you want.
otherwise, you could actually try to make friends and engage women as people...
