tis an aussie accent, btw. he's a true blue, dinky-di aussie ginge. i like watching american audiences as the camera pans out when he's tossing out letters. they're just waiting with baited breath for him to make some horrible racist word that will get him booed off the stage. there seems to be just that tinge of embarassment when they realise they've been tweaked with their own phobia's. but he's a bloody good social commentator, if you get a chance to listen to some of the other youtubes of him off the side of that clip.
my UM's - both of whom are natural red-heads LOVE that song. they hated growing up 'ginge' as they were also called 'ranga's', which is shorthand for orangutang. now, of course, they've gotten past the dyeing their hair black stage and are appreciating, at least to some degree, their red-headedness! yay for natural ginger's!
