Someone was stirring that shit last night... it wasnt the OA group.

Again going back to the lack of clear leadership or a message, the "group" seems to be pretty open to any comers.

Goodness me I don't know. It's not like shutting down one of the busiest ports in the country can affect the common workers, who are just there trying to do their job and feed their families. But fuck them, right?

No, it is time to redouble the effort, I know change is hard for the teabaggers trying to destroy this country, but we can't stay on the path that the teabaggers are proudly and viciously promulgating.

Shipping jobs overseas, sending sons and daughters to their death in foreign lands by unwarrented invasions, saddling our children and grandchildren with our debts, lining the pockets of corporations thru appeasment and welfare, and people dying without healtcare, fuck 'em, right?

The cops made it violent not the protesters.

Yeah right. It was the cops that  busted windows out of businesse, spray painted graffiti on walls, took over a building down town and SHUT DOWN a major port.

Sure...the cops are the bad guys here. Right.

Evidence of infiltrators. I don't know what they did but what was their purpose there?

That is exactly the demonstrators thinking, fuck”em…the streets running red with the blood of our citizens is inevitable, the outcome highly predictable, millions of law abiding middle aged citizens will die, a nation will cease to exist. Chaos, rape and plunder the new order but many of us will resist and 20 to 30 million of our nation’s youth will have gone to their graves without even a remote understanding of why the cowarde setting in chat roome or typing on billboards forfeited their lives.

That's why I said why are they there.

The video evidence is there and pretty unmistakable that police ARE inside the OWS movement. I said "Why?"

I mean, I know that Business Insider is such a leftist rag but you take what you can get these days.

and SHUT DOWN a major port.

The Port of Oakland was already under a work stoppage, caused by concerns over exploding refigerator units on shipping containers that were last serviced in Vietnam.  The wrong grade of propane was used as a refrigerant, causing explosions and 3 dockworker fatalities in other countries, the most recent fatality on Oct 7.

Oct 31 story http://www.joc.com/labor/ilwu-stops-work-oakland-terminals-over-exploding-containers

Yesterday's story http://www.joc.com/cool-cargoes/west-coast-isolating-vietnam-reefer-containers

Cheap work performed by cheap labor in primitive working conditions.  Just more greed of that 1%, and working class people here unwilling to die for it.

They already know about the use of provocateurs and other techniques to trip people up.

And they know about the braitbart efforts to smear them and are trained to deal with that too.

Much like MLKs non-violent protest training, the OWSers are coached on how to deal with violence against them and with trouble makers who are up to no good.

I remember seeing a training session from MLKs movement in a documentry.

The trainer told the marchers and protestors that if they couldn`t take a blow or a beating without striking back,to stay home.King didn`t want people who were going to make violence(even in selfdefence),marching with him.King knew they would be baited with violence, to be violent.

If a man or woman couldn`t take an insult,a rotten piece of fo thrown,a punch or a beating.....they didn`t want you in the march. You could be in the movement, just not part of the civil disobedience.

It was the only way for the civil movement not to devolve into a violent movement.A very brave man,Martin Luther King. And his people too.

MLK had whole staffs and whole budgets and hundreds of professional/government agents working against him and his movement.

The OWSers have had only amature efforts at smearing/hurting them so far, but they are still told about them and how to avoid them. They`re told that if someone suggested violence or something illegal, that it`s probably a cop or a con like bratfart, setting a trap.

By history, we know that kind of effort, inserting those into the movement who only want to discredit it, will escalate.

Darque, there are reports now that the OWS movement has been infiltrated by people expressly there to cause violence.  So even if violence does occur, it will not necessarily be OWS that is behind it.

Typical liberal...blame someone, anyone, else.

No one said they were angels. There is a distinct difference between the two incidents.

There is also an all too obvious distinct difference between the two groups, OWS and TEA Party.

among the old folks, its easy to spot a cop in drag... its easy to spot a young anarchist who is out for the thrills of just causing problems. Dont know too many of them who have motorized wheel chairs or walkers.
