Living Bridge

This is really quite fascinating. Engineering with natural components and creating structures that will stand for hundreds of years. The most interesting fact is that each bridge can not be completed in one lifetime, these are all multi-generational projects.

Fascinating, you should have website for all these videos. Actually that ain't the worst idea, get up a site, get links to all this stuff over the years and get that banner money.

Oh wait, that's been done........

So anyway, we cut down trees for any reason or no reason, plus cut them down to build damnear anything, but these supposedly primitive people don't go through all that bullshit. You know if they perfected the idea of treehouse they'd be onto something.

One thing kinda struck me though just now, to use some of these bridges, maybe you have to climb a tree ? Even if not I don't see much hope for a viable national highway system just yet.

And how did they get started ? For some reason I just thought "George of the jungle".

Beyond incredible.

A world we'll never live in, yet so many around the world do.
