I asked her to make me a black dress for fancy functions, or black tie events or just for when you got a date night and you want to look HAWT!!

It's a beautiful dark blue satin, and it's going to have half sleesves, with lace on them and a little lace insert at the neck. Then I am getting family photo's done Tuesday and wearing the dress, then having my hair done and it'll be an upswept curl, with little rose fake flowers at the crown. I am super excited. Outside of my prom dress, I have never, ever had such a pretty exquisite gown.

I get a free 8x10 if I bring in a new un wrapped toy,The photo studio in JC pennies, they're supporting toys for Tots, and I have a 40 percent off coupon for a free sitting, which the fee normally is 9 bucks. If we can do it Sunday it would of been 50 percent off , a free sitting and a free 8x10 with out bringing the toy in but we couldn't do it Sunday. So Tuesday it is.

Sounds like a beautiful dress! I'm surprised she'll have it done so soon! Make sure you check all those deals and make sure they can be used with other deals. (you may want to call ahead to make sure) Have fun!!

Thank you Blushes, I'll make sure the free 8x10 can be used with the 40 percent off, but if it was able to be used with the 50 percent off I don't see why not the 40. Course that was part of the package deal. The free sitting is a part of the 40 percent off coupon.

I'm surprised and Happy she can have it done too, We did discuss colors and stuff ahead of time, on Tuesday we knew what I wanted but I couldn't afford to pay her right then for the supplies, so I told her I'd need to pay her Friday, and ended up being able to pay her the very same day. so I was super, super excited when she said it'll be ready monday.

I'm glad you are able to treat yourself to a nice formal dress! Hurray YOU! Every woman should have at least one of those. And a nice white blouse (for emergencies!) And a tailored suit...and...

I'm glad your going to be supporting Toys for Tots. It is a great program. One year when I was ill and only working 20 hours a week, I volunteered at Toys for Tots. Helping them set up and assist recipients in my city. In exchange for my help, they provided me with gifts for my children that year. It really made all the difference in the world at Christmas time for my children. It all starts with the donation of a toy! Win/win for you and the child who is blessed with your gift.

WinsomeDefiance I got fitted today and it's looking so pretty! I pick it up tomorrow at 6.

Yes, I like supporting good causes, one year I adopted 5 families who other wise wouldn't have presents for their kids, and one lady, her daughter wanted a digital camera and I asked on freecycle and got her a nice camera for free. It was really fun. I did a lot of buy one get one free stuff, so the purchases for girls could go a lot farther, stuff like bath sets and stuff.
