Status: offline 		Start by spending a couple of bucks at one of CM's advertisers, Achella and buy their stainlesssteel set of SOUNDS for females.
  Purchase the prope rsized rubber or vinyl gloves and yes, price snd size does matter; obtain a chemical solution to sterile the SOUNDS with, Betadine is a good disenfectant, KNOW proper sterile technique and have enough experience that you won't cross-contaminate her ot the instruments, be gentle, start small, buying a metal or electronic tuning fork works wonders, Tell ya what, just bring her to Vegas with you and I'll show how the procedure should be done,because by using this medium, I'm thinking that, I'll fail to list something or not be plain enough, like omitting obvious details like don't ram them in, watch the depth, have a tinkle pad underneath her, use sterile lube, not the tube that you always use for rump humpin', etc.
  Some enjoy the dilation, others do not. Be careful and things are never CLEAN enough.

Sounds are cylindrical pieces of (usually) surgical stainless steel that are inserted in the urethra. They are intended for use by doctors but like so many thing, we've found ways to play with them

I'm not much for online research.  If you have a medical school library near you or a local hospital has a library open to the public, I'd go there and look through the urology textbooks.  There may also be some basic stuff at the library of a regular four-year college.

Status: offline 		I enjoy using sounds on bottoms a great deal and especially enjoy making and using ice sounds.  These two links have some good information.

If you can get some hands on training.. attending a demo, lecture etc., all the better.. but those are few and fair between because sounds don't seem to be enjoyed by the vast majority.

[grin] This is such a broad field that not knowing a part of it isn't just limited to novices.  Even after forty or so years, I'm still occasionally running into things that make me stop and stare.

That's what makes it fun.
