The Caswell case is just the latest of many. If you follow forfeiture cases you will not like what you see. They have more boats taken for like - one joint - than you really need to see. Property is not suppose dto be taken in this country except for certain instances. Renting a room to a drug dealer is not one of them. Also those with longer memories may remember cases in which houses were boarded up for drug activity, but were rented. I remember in a few that the landlord had tried to evict the tenents on the specific grounds of drug activity but the court refused to issue the order, at least immediately. Perhaps giving the "family" time because they had kids.
All this is just fine. Take as many people as possible who have done nothing wrong and fuck them over. Keep it up. You better hope you got the military fucking brainwashed well enough to fire on US citizens. Oh hell, these days they'll just send our troops to "liberate" somwhere else and bring in troops from China or something.
