He said so: http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2011/11/06/trending-cain-scolds-reporters-end-of-story-to-sexual-harassment-claims/

The bastard had the gall to scold the reporters for caring about it.

This pisses me off no end.  The Fourth Estate has a DUTY to stand up to this.  They've been far too deferential to elected officials and candidates.

Hopefully, it'll continue to be talked about, and the articles will include statements that the Cain campaign refuses to respond.

So ... do any of the reported "stories' contain any supporting facts?  Or is it just all anonymous sources this and that?

If there are no facts, it's not a news story.  It can be an opinion piece, or a political analysis, but its not a news story.

So, not only is it "over", it never really began.  It wasn't news to start with.

Why is it "gall" when a man stands up that you don't agree with, but "courage" or "balls" when a man stands up, and you agree with him?

Firm

Firm, true, look at Bill Clinton and Monika, she told of the blue dress and cigars,  another woman said he raped her in a hotel room.
No scandal there! Right?
Anyone can accuse anyone of  anything.
Why didn't these women come forward years ago if the accusations are true?
Something's rotten in Denmark.
And whose next, Oblunder?

Clinton's accusers didn't come forward early because of the time and financial drain it is to even begin to prosecute anyone in any high position. It wasn't until right wing money got involved that there was even a law suit and just in time under the SOL.

Monica says and does nothing until falsely threaten with prosecution from a woman in the SP's office when there would be none coming.

Nothing was pursued legally against Clinton until after right wingers got involved. To my knowledge, Cains accusers brought their charges immediately and was bought off by assoc. management under the proviso of silence.

Not even a nice try although you and others I am sure...will keep on trying.

When al gore was being accused of assaulting the maids/masseuses, I seem to remember some had him lynched and gutted before the truth came out... but boy are they holding on tight to the tiniest of slivers of hope that the man is just a bad luck charm. Its actually miserable to watch.

Well the Gore thing was a classic slip and fall scam... This stuff here... I dunno... But I think IT SUCKS that it quite conveniently stayed under the hood while he was vetted by his direct supporters and then thrown to the fucking wolves by his fellow partymen.
Clearly Romney ought to pay a very public price for this.

Well, I dunno if I totally agree. There was Paula Flowers, The state police captain who went sour when he had pension issues Clinton told him would be improper to 'discretely resolve' as the former trooper put forth. There was that Forest fellow they tried so desperately to make look like a mob hit instead of a suicide to avoid the tremendous financial losses he set himself up for.  So actually, I felt Monica was just finally the pathetic effort to smear that stuck.

Blowboy has been the beneficiary of that far more than anybody. If they did their job Shrillary would be Presidenta.

Right. It isn't like Mad or Fox have been treating the Kenyan with anything over than deferential fawning, after all.

It wasn`t that the president got a pass,it was because what the retards were throwing at him wasn`t enough, not even close to enough to hurt him.
