I thank we can assume that the incident would not have happened if the Occupy DC was not blocking the exits. I personally don't believe anyone pushed her... The video doesn't show who pushed her or even if she was pushed or simply tripped instead. What I find disgusting and contemptible is the fact the so many continued with their inane little chant rather than show any concern at all. That and the douche bag (who either did push her or bumped into her or... possibly... was falsely believed to have done so) and who tried to blame it on the people trying to help her. Even if he wasn't responsible in any way, he is a contemptible douche bag of the highest order. No fucking compassion at all! This is why I hate mobs and protests and rallies or whatever the fuck you want to call such shit. Tea Party, OWS, it makes no difference... you are all just a bunch of whinny, self absorbed assholes giving yourselves a cheap ego stroke under the pretence of "protest." Fuck all of you! Have you people no God damned decency at all? And the same goes for all of you here on CM who want to spin this into some sort of conspiracy of the (shudder) "other" side! What the fuck? Don't you realize that this is a human being in pain? My prayers and best wishes go out to that woman and to all who hold her dear.

You may not condemn the Oakland Police but that is not the case for many posting in this thread...would you agree? If she fell on her own trying to get through the line of protesters then who is to blame?... I would say all who participated by blocking the exit from the building... Those type of tactics are unnecessary... If they had protested with signs and song it would have had a positive impact... but now it is fodder for conservatives and it should be... It was wrong and dangerous. Butch

I can't say I believe everything Fox reports... they have been caught in too many ...."Mistakes"... to always take seriously. I think we may never know what happened exactly... there was so much jostling around and things like this happen so quickly. I would be suspicious of anyone from either side that says they know exactly what happened… The woman didn’t even know. Now to me the blame lies as I stated above… the way the protest was executed. I don’t believe anyone from the ODC pushed her on purpose. I don’t even blame them for continuing to chant… hell they could not see what was going on.. No it was an accident but still caused by the protesters and they should take responsibility for it….Unless of course other information surfaces. Butch
